When you engage with our social media (e.g., by typing a keyword like “ALIGN” on a post or in a direct message), your handle may be temporarily captured within GHL for automation. We only add you as a contact if you voluntarily register through our sign-up form. Your social-media platform’s own privacy policy continues to apply.
6. AI Transparency & Data Processing
When you chat with our AI mentor, your messages are securely sent to OpenAI’s GPT-4.1 model for processing and returned in real time.
No training: OpenAI does not use your data to train its models.
Retention: OpenAI may retain API data for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion.
Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Your chat history is stored only within GHL for your ongoing learning and can be deleted on request.
7. Safety Monitoring & Human Oversight
Your wellbeing matters. Our chatbot is educational and reflective—it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or crisis support.
We may monitor conversations for safety and quality. If language suggests risk of harm to self or others, we may:
Display an automated support message with local or international helplines; and / or
Escalate to a human reviewer for appropriate follow-up.
By using the chatbot, you consent to this limited review process for user safety.
Flagged chats may be retained longer than standard logs when necessary for safety or legal reasons.
8. Sensitive Information
Users may choose to share reflections touching on beliefs or emotional themes. We treat all such data as confidential and use it only to provide personalized Human Design insights.
9. Payments via Stripe
We use Stripe for payment processing. Your credit-card details are handled directly by Stripe under their Privacy Policy and never stored by us.
10. Cookies & Analytics
We use only the analytics tools provided within GHL to understand platform performance. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect functionality.
11. Data Retention & Deletion
Chat history and account information are retained within GHL for continuity of your learning experience. Deletions are processed within 30 days, unless legal or safety obligations require longer retention.
